Welcome to Eyra. By accessing or using the Eyra mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension.
3. Virtual Currency (Coins)
- Eyra uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") for in-app transactions.
- Coins can be purchased through Google Play In-App Purchases.
- Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the Broadcaster Withdrawal Program.
- All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.
- We reserve the right to modify Coin pricing and packages at any time.
4. Live Streaming
- Broadcasters must comply with all community guidelines during live streams.
- Eyra reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict any live stream at any time without notice.
- Broadcasting rights may be subject to additional terms (Broadcaster Contract).
- Viewers must respect broadcasters and other viewers. Harassment is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Share sexually explicit, violent, or harmful content
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
- Share personal information of other users without their consent
- Engage in spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
- Use the App to promote external services or solicit users outside the platform
- Upload content that infringes upon intellectual property rights
6. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you create and share on the App.
- By posting content, you grant Eyra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
- We may remove any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.
7. Gifts & Transactions
- Virtual gifts are purchased with Coins and sent to other users during live streams.
- Eyra retains a commission on all gift transactions as disclosed in the App.
- Gift transactions are final once completed.
8. VIP Membership
- VIP membership provides additional features and benefits as described in the App.
- VIP membership is purchased with Coins and is non-refundable.
- VIP benefits expire at the end of the subscription period.
9. Broadcaster Program
- Broadcasters may earn income through gifts received during live streams.
- Withdrawal of earnings is subject to the Broadcaster Contract and minimum thresholds.
- Eyra reserves the right to modify commission rates and salary structures.
- Broadcasters are responsible for their own tax obligations.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access to the App and any remaining Coins may be forfeited.
- You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
11. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.
- Use of the App's video call and live streaming features is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified through the App.
