Account Deletion

This page explains how Eyra users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Delete Your Account In The App
- Sign in to your Eyra account.
- Open your profile screen.
- Go to the account or settings section.
- Select the delete account option.
- Confirm the deletion request in the in-app confirmation dialog.
The in-app flow sends an authenticated deletion request for your current account.
If You Cannot Access The App
If you cannot sign in, email aydincvkn@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and include enough information for us to identify it, such as your Eyra username and registered email address.
We may request reasonable verification before processing a manual deletion request.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account record becomes subject to deletion from the active service.
- Your access to the app and account features ends.
- Some data may be retained for limited periods where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, accounting, tax, security logging, or backup processes.
- Verification materials, transaction records, and operational logs may be retained only as long as needed for those legitimate purposes.
