Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 6, 2026
Eyra is an adults-only social and live interaction platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older to use the app. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, and any behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or harms minors.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
- We do not allow minors on the platform.
- We prohibit any content, communication, or activity involving the sexual exploitation of children.
- We prohibit grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to exploit or endanger a child.
- We may remove violating content, suspend or permanently ban accounts, preserve evidence where required, and escalate reports to the appropriate authorities when legally necessary.
How Users Can Report Safety Concerns
- Open the relevant profile, chat, or live interaction screen in the Eyra app.
- Use the in-app report or block/report option.
- Select the closest matching reason and submit the report.
- If you cannot access the app, email aydincvkn@gmail.com with the account name, relevant details, and any supporting evidence you can provide.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation or admin team, and we take appropriate enforcement action based on the available evidence and applicable law.
Moderation and Enforcement
- We review user reports, account details, and relevant content needed to investigate safety concerns.
- We may restrict features, remove content, disable accounts, or reject verification access when misuse or risk is identified.
- Where required, we may retain limited records for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or cooperation with law enforcement.
- If we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or child exploitation activity, we may report it to the relevant legal authorities or mandated reporting channels.
- Users who believe enforcement was applied in error may contact us at aydincvkn@gmail.com.
Account Eligibility
Eyra is not directed to children. If we learn that a user is under 18 or that an account is being used in connection with child exploitation or endangerment, we may remove the account and associated content, subject to required retention for safety, fraud, or legal reasons.
